Das Projekt L3T (Lehrbuch für Lernen und Lernen mit Technologien) geht in die nächste Runde. Mit Ende dieser Woche endet die Deadline für die Einreichungen der einzelnen Kapitel und diese sollen nun begutachtet werden.
Hierzu suchen wir Personen, die Interesse haben aufgrund ihrer Fachexpertise uns zu unterstützen und sich bereit erklären einzelne Kapitel zu reviewen:
[CfP] 4. Workshop E-Learning 2.0
Im Rahmen der 8. e-Learning Fachtagung Informatik – DeLFI 2010 findet heuer der 4. Workshop zum Thema e-Learning 2.0 statt. Der Call for Papers [CfP] ist soeben auf meinem Schreibtisch gelandet und ich weise natürlich gerne darauf hin:
Social Software und andere Ansätze des Web 2.0 verfügen in Bildungskontexten über sehr hohe Potenziale und werden vermehrt in solchen eingesetzt. Lernen ist in aller Regel und insbesondere auch in informellen Lernsettings ein sozialer Vorgang, welcher durch die das Web prägenden Prinzipien befördert werden kann. Zum einen können typische Nachteile, die dem Erfolg klassischer E-Learning-Szenarien entgegenstehen, gemildert werden, zum anderen ermöglichen mit Social Software ausgestaltete E-Learning-Angebote eine Reihe weitergehender Mehrwerte gegenüber traditionellen Lernkontexten. Insbesondere erleichtern die geringen Partizipationsbarrieren Nutzern den Zugang zu Bildungsangeboten, fördern deren aktive Beteiligung und die Nachvollziehbarkeit und Transparenz von Lern- und Kommunikationsprozessen und erlauben deren Analyse und Auswertung für zukünftige Lernsituationen (Metalernen).

Die heurige MindTrek Conference findet von 6.10 – 08.10.2010 in Tampere statt und der Call for Papers läuft noch bis zum 23.04.2010 offen:

Sandra Schaffert und ich waren es leid, dass es kein aktuelles, “schönes”, frei zugängliches Lehrbuch gibt. Jetzt wollen wir es anpacken und freuen uns auf viele Mitschreiber(innen), -macher(innen) und sonstige Kooperationen! Alles aktuelle zum Vorhaben findet sich auf der der Projektseite – und ab Frühjahr 2011 dann auch das komplette Buch (mit freiem Zugang, auch im Buchhandel gedruckt erhältlich).

[conference] USAB 2010: HCI in Work & Learning, Life & Leisure
The 6th Symposium of the Workgroup HCI&UE of the Austrian Computer Society will take place in Carinthia (Southern Austria) this year from Sept. 16th to Sept. 17th.
The topics are structured alongside (but not limited to) the following three dimensions:

I am very glad to announce the 1st Workshop on Web2.0 approaches, tools and technologies to support research on Technology Enhanced Learning (TELSci2.0) at the 4th European Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning (EC-TEL09), Nice, France, September 29 – October 2, 2009
This workshop aims to bring together all those who want to turn a vision of the e-scholar and e-scientist of the 21st Century into reality in our own domain of TEL.
The core of significant development in a “2.0 world” is
- leveraging web2.0 technologies (that rely on the “social graph”) for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of how we conduct science;
- the capacity to share and reuse data, and to benchmark scientific activity in the international community.
Key questions for this workshop include:
- How do we mesh social web2.0 technologies with the scientific workflow?
- How do we share the data of our activity wider in our community?
- How do we visualize that data and how do we provide researchers with powerful new frameworks for their scientific endeavor?
